Primary job duties include but are not limited to the following. Leading your staff and creating a customer base through communication, fairness, and integrity; by providing great customer service. Managers are also responsible for sales, positive energy, and productivity of the store; by monitoring production and performance of staff. Identify current and future customer requirements; by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers, and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. The ideal manager must demonstrate commitment to their staff, peers, and supervisor; as well as, Bike Tech’s mission for cycling and customer service. Lastly, the Manager must always protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
The ideal Manager would possess the following qualifications. Two or more years of managerial experience in the Bike Industry, as well as, experience in organizing staff is highly desirable. Possess a personality that is dependable and intrinsically motivates themselves, as well as staff; and can work independently and as a member of a team. Must obtain the ability to multi-task, while continuously maintaining detail-oriented mind set. Commuters skills, as well as, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish is a must; and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
